On Dec. 24, the city bureau held the videoconference on information construction of the whole system. Wang Jiping, SEC of the Party Committee and Director of Beijing Local Taxation Bureau made a brief report to the managers and employees of the whole system, explaining profound practice and experience in information construction. The report combined theories with practice, further strengthened the consciousness of 6000 managers and employees to serve taxpayers, and improved the understanding and knowledge of “Four Websites and One Database for Security”, so most attendants thought the report provided guidance to the practical operation.
