On Oct. 1, the Municipal Local Taxation Bureau started declaration of individual income tax in total sum for all taxpayers, which will play an active role in safeguarding legal benefits and rights of taxpayers and withholding agents, regulating the withholding system, and further building up a just, fair taxation environment.
