We recently learned some taxpayers got search results showing fake invoices due to wrong search operations when verifying their invoices. In order to avoid wrong operations in verifying invoices and instruct taxpayers in the use of right search methods, the notes for online search are given below:

Log on the website of Beijing Local Taxation Bureau, and click Invoice Search to open the page. If an information code is printed on your invoices, fill in the information code and invoice number at the Invoice Number column. Key the password in the Password column, and then press Search. If there is no information code on your invoices, fill in the invoice code and number in the Invoice Number column, or 18-digit number of old invoices. Key the password in the Password column, and press Search.
