Notice on the execution of AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA AND THE GOVERNMENT OF Venezuela FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBLE TAXATION released by the State Administration of Taxation

The agreement FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBLE TAXATION AND THE PREVENTION OF FISCAL EVASION WITH RESPECT TO TAXES ON INCOME signed by the government of P.R. China and the government of Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela in Caracas on Apr 17, 2001 has been confirmed to have finished all the legal procedures through the mutual meetings on Nov 12, 2003 and Dec 23, 2004 respectively. According to regulations in Article 28 of the Agreement, which agreement comes into force on Dec 23, 2004 and put into execution on Jan 1, 2005.
